12 week Strength & Speed program/ 48 sessions

Frequency~ Ideally 3 days per week will keep us on pace to complete the program on schedule but we are aware that life happens.

This program is built off the back of the S&E program but focuses more on a speed component for the athlete that needs to cover more yards on the field. This program will build a complete athlete! However the athlete MUST train with intent!!
