Strength and endurance PT sessions ( membership included)
Fitness Level ( Beginner - intermediate)
Don’t feel like piecing together a workout or need some guidance? These sessions are challenging but require less experience and move at a slower pace than the programs do ( you’re still gonna put that work in though). We touch on mobility and soft tissue release work during these sessions.
The strength+ program
Fitness Level ( intermediate - advanced )
This program is built off the back of the S&E program but focuses more on a speed component for the athlete that needs to cover more yards on the field. This program will build a complete athlete! However the athlete MUST train with intent!!

This is a 30 day bodyweight program for athletes to enhance and/or develop speed & agility.
